The Maryville University men’s soccer team announced it will be holding a free clinic to be held on the Maryville University Practice Soccer Field.
The free clinic for youth players between the ages of 6 and 12 is slated for Tuesday, April 19, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The clinic is limited to the first 100 boys and girls to sign up. Saints coaches and players will oversee the clinic which will feature technical activities as well as small-sided games. Participants should bring cleats and shin guards, dressed in soccer gear, a soccer ball, a water bottle and any snacks.
“Our student-athletes and coaching staff look forward to welcoming both the local and regional community to our clinic and camps,” coach David Korn said. “The clinic is a great opportunity for us to work with local youth players and promote soccer and Maryville University. We look forward to opening our beautiful facility for the evening and hosting this fun event.”
